Jouke Vuurmans, Global Chief Creative Officer of Media.Monks, remains Chair and together with Jacco ter Schegget, CEO of Publicis Groupe, Katrien Rodenburg, Finance at Wieden + Kennedy and Maira Evers, Founder & Managing Director of Gardeners, form the team that, together with Denise Willigers, Managing Director, will initiate ADCN's new strategic vision.
Following the discussions that have been held in recent months, both internally within ADCN and externally with various creatives and agencies, ADCN has come to the conclusion that there needs to be more connection in the creative industry. The turnover is very high, especially in the middle layer, but at the same time the need to come together remains. In addition, the current state of the economy requires rapid change. That is why a new membership model is being introduced in which ADCN co-curates a club program with (commercial) creative agencies as partners. The programs focus on improving certain skills, inspiring and networking for various disciplines within the field, freelancers, marketers and media. The club wants to continue to stimulate talent development through these events.
By reviewing and strengthening its core principles, the club aims to not only weather current economic uncertainties, but also emerge stronger, more flexible and better positioned for future growth. In the coming weeks, each of the board members will be further introduced from ADCN with an article about their own vision on the future of Dutch creativity.
