Our jury consists of top creatives, each bringing a unique area of expertise, and is divided into 12 panels. Each panel also includes a Talent Seat—an opportunity for a promising creative who has yet to win an award but represents the next generation of talent. Pol Hoenderboom, ADCN board member and ECD at DDB Amsterdam, explains: “The best work of the year deserves to be judged by a jury with a proven track record. However, with so much seniority, we risk overlooking fresh perspectives. By adding a Talent Seat, we ensure a new generation’s viewpoint is part of the conversation.”
TBWA\Neboko Leads with Most Nominations
Among the agencies with the highest number of nominations, TBWA\Neboko takes the lead with 23 nominations, securing a strong position for the ADCN Awards. While the agency has consistently submitted outstanding work over the years, this year’s high success rate is particularly remarkable—two-thirds of its entries resulted in nominations. ‘Het Telefoonboekje’ for Odido stands out with seven nominations. Spanning eight projects for five different clients, TBWA\Neboko demonstrates both versatility and creative consistency.
ACE follows with 15 nominations across six projects for five clients, with their work for YoungCapital’s BOOMER energy drink earning six nominations. Another standout project, the animated series Eerlijk Waar?! by N=5 for the Consumentenbond, also secured seven nominations.
Longstoryshort, the agency founded in September 2024 by Joris Kuijpers and Vanessa Janssen made a remarkable debut at the ADCN Awards. Despite having a small team, the agency has earned seven nominations across four different projects—all for G-Star. This achievement highlights that impactful campaigns are not about team size but about bold ideas and a shared passion for creativity. Notably, the founders previously worked at The Family, which itself received six nominations this year.
AKQA, which last year won multiple Gold and Silver Lions at Cannes for UN Women NL and DEGIRO’s Pink Chip, continues its winning streak. The case was submitted in four categories for the ADCN Awards, and all received nominations. While the final awards are yet to be announced, these nominations reinforce the creative impact of the agencies involved.
